National Association of the Deaf, along with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, just started a big lawsuit against Humana and the State of Florida for failure to provide full communication access to deaf and hard of hearing patients http://www.nad.org/news/2011/8/humana-state-florida-sued-ada-violations

Oh, two Mondays are working Mondays for me – one is statewide Video Remote Interpreting committee meeting and another is a state agency advisory committee.
But that is okay.
I am going to have to DVR that Doctor Who! I’ve been looking forward to it all summer, but we’ve been invited to the beach for the weekend and my boys have never seen the ocean, so…I guess I’ll put their interests above my burning Who-Jones. I’m a saint I tells ya!
Yeah, DVR this show! Be sure to see if the first Doctor Who episode after the break, “Let’s Kill Hitler” is re-running just before “Night Terrors”. If yes, go ahead and DVR both – that way, you will be caught up.

Hey I live pretty close to the beach. Looks like the weather channel is going to set up in front of my house. That is usually not a good thing. I doubt I even get off work for this little rain shower we are going to get.

Amazingly the deedogg ID is working just fine. Of course, that ought to never have been a problem, but o’well. The admin that was giving be problems got banned, they changed their format, time went by and now it is like nothing ever happened. I am not posting too much, anywhere though and trying to stay out of the meta. I really don’t care as much about this stuff as I did, that will take awhile.
Congrats on trusted user status. Maybe you can use your status to help beleaguered posters survive the Obamabot packs and trolls… Reality and truth need to be shown and told, not denials and lies.
